I really felt like I was taken care of by you guys. This was the best trip of my life and best honeymoon I could ask for. Nordic Visitor takes good care of its clients.
I never worried for a minute that everything would go as planned and that we would have an excellent experience. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We are already working with our travel consultant to book a return trip to Greenland. This was an amazing tour for us to take as a family holiday (with teenagers) giving us a little insight into each country.
Clearly planned to make the most of each city. I was so impressed by Nordic Visitor - the service felt so personal (we loved the handwritten notes on our map. Everything was really clear, well organised and done with such friendliness. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable. It was a pleasure doing business with your company. All accomodations were perfect.
All hotels were close to all the local attractions, easy to get to from the airport, train station, ferry station. All the rooms were ready when I got there, they were clean and comfortable. The included breakfast were really delicious. I am a vegetarian, and had plenty of options.04. Norah Jones - Sunrise (live in Amsterdam )
My whole experience with Nordic Visitor has been exceptional, and I have been telling everyone of my friends how easy everything was. Sofia was very patient with me, and worked with me, to tailor the itinerary to my satisfaction, was prompt in answering all my questions.
Everything was done over email, which I loved, because I didnt have to rely on my memory. All in all, Nordic Visitor rocks. This was truly a trip of a lifetime. I wish I were younger. This was my first tour and cruise, and it was exciting and fun. Loved everything our travel agent Petra arranged. She is wonderful Bjarni Olafur Eiriksson went above and beyond for us during our trip.
During our stay in Tromso the weather was bad most days and he had to re-arrange several tours. We are most appreciative of all the help, guidance and options he presented us so that we could maximize our experience during such rainy weather. Though the Aurora hid behind the clouds we enjoyed every part of the trip and were able to do snowmobiling, hike a mountain, and went on a dog sledding tour which was one of the best experiences.
Without any doubt we will travel again with Nordic Visitor in the future -hopefully near future. Your company is outstanding in every way.
